Signia Turn Key has recently completed the refurbishment of upper floors to The Square in Richmond, Surrey. The building originally dates back to 1890 and was originally the Imperial public house which was replaced with retail units (the ground floor currently houses the local branch of Nationwide Building Society) in the 1980s.

The Hallmark Hotel Stourport is the latest hotel to get a Signia Turn Key makeover. The hotel, a splendid country house hotel set in 23 acres on the outskirts of Stourport-on-Severn, was formerly a Victorian Manor and was once home to the Prime Minister Stanley Baldwin.
