Signia Turn Key’s recent refurbishment of the Hallmark Hotel Bournemouth Carlton is featured in the September issue of Premier Hospitality. The magazine showcases the re-design and fit-out of luxury properties and is the flagship publication for the refurbishment industry. Signia Turn Key undertook a complete restoration of the exterior of the hotel including the integrity of the whole roof area and external elevations. It was completely redecorated in order to preserve the grandeur of this Edwardian clifftop hotel.
Signia Turn Key were contracted by the hotel’s owners, The Topland Group, reporting to their head office team as project managers and main contractor for the entire restoration.
“We have been working with the Topland Group for two years refurbishing their hotels throughout the UK and they are now one of our key clients,” commented Peter Cutts, managing director at Signia. “We are an established, professional company offering an open book policy and always have our client’s interests at the forefront of each project. We are willing to work with a client’s existing team or we can offer a full package that can encompass all aspects of the project.”
