Due to the recent successful refurbishment of the Hallmark Hotel Bournemouth Carlton, the residents and committee of the Timeshare Building in Bournemouth have contracted Signia Turn Key Ltd to undertake a face lift of the 1970s building facing the seafront on East Overcliff Road.
The Hallmark Hotel Bournemouth Carlton Timeshare Apartments are spacious and superbly appointed holiday homes and they form the east wing of the main hotel building, providing direct access to the extensive leisure club facilities.
Starting in early 2017, Signia Turn Key will be replacing the windows and refurbishing the front facade of the building, enabling it to withstand the elements for many more years to come. This project will complete the external refurbishment and face lift of the two adjoining iconic buildings of the Carlton Hotel complex.
