Signia Turn Key has been appointed to convert a meeting room into an elegant bedroom and bathroom to compliment the existing eighteen individually designed bedrooms at the beautiful 17th Century Hallmark Hotel Flitwick Manor in Bedfordshire.
The project entails redirecting existing fire routes from the kitchen and meeting room areas to enable a complete strip out and rebuild, enlarging the room to 25m². The bedroom will be furnished to complement the existing style of the other eighteen rooms and the refurbishment will include a bathroom set out in the new corporate design for the Hallmark brand.
