Signia Turn Key is pleased to report that works at the Timeshare Building in Bournemouth are proceeding to schedule. Some milder – dare I say balmy – weather during March has meant fewer delays than might be expected and the exterior refurbishment is progressing well. Work only began in January but the front of the building is completely scaffolded and work has already commenced on repointing and replacement of structural sections.
Signia Turn Key was commissioned in November by the residents and committee of the Timeshare Building to refurbish the front facade and to replace all of the windows. The 1970s building faces the seafront on Bournemouth’s East Overcliff Drive so the work will protect the building from the elements for many years to come. The Hallmark Hotel Bournemouth Carlton Timeshare Apartments are spacious and superbly appointed holiday homes and they form the east wing of the main hotel building, providing direct access to the extensive leisure club facilities. This project will complete the external refurbishment and face lift of the two adjoining iconic buildings of the Carlton Hotel complex.
