Signia Turn Key has recently completed the refurbishment of upper floors to The Square in Richmond, Surrey. The building originally dates back to 1890 and was originally the Imperial public house which was replaced with retail units (the ground floor currently houses the local branch of Nationwide Building Society) in the 1980s.
Signia Turn Key is pleased to report that works at the Timeshare Building in Bournemouth are proceeding to schedule. Some milder weather during March has meant fewer delays than might be expected and the exterior refurbishment is progressing well.
Signia Turn Key is awarded the contract to refurbish the 70s facade of a time share block in Bournemouth. Signia will be replacing the windows and refurbishing the front facade of the building, completing the refurbishment and face lift of the Carlton Hotel complex.
