Wapping Penthouse

Over a programme of 25 weeks the refurbishment began with the removal of all existing walls and M&E services leaving a blank canvas to work with. Client approved CGI’s of the ensuite bathroom were used to produce an exacting layout and specification. The main feature of the lounge and dining room was the organically designed staircase, hand installed piece by piece on site.

A state of the art air conditioning, lighting and audio visual system was installed and fully managed by hand picked AC contractor, electricians and audio visual specialists ensuring that the client greatly appreciated the end result.

As the client is passionate about entertaining, two kitchens were installed, one concealed from view for preparation and cooking and the main open plan kitchen was hand made with a bar counter surround so guests can enjoy the company of the chef whilst food is prepared.

The penthouse apartment has a master bedroom and ensuite, secondary bedroom with ensuite and a further powder room for guests, prep kitchen, open plan kitchen a lounge and dining room and a TV area together with a roof top terrace and smaller river fronted terrace giving spectacular views over the River Thames.
