Project Summary

Client: The Dorchester Hotel Group.

Location: The Worth Park Hotel Ascot.

Project: The redevelopment of an existing lodge house, including adding an extension to allow for additional bedrooms and enlarged kitchen facilities.

The Works: Signia were contracted to manage the compete design process, full costing and cost management, project management and construction.

Timeframe: Start 2020 Completion / Handover April 2021.
