Signia Turn Key was commissioned by a wealthy client to completely refurbish a Mayfair apartment. As you would expect for such a property in this location, style and opulence were key to the huge open plan living area - complete with grand piano - and the refurbishment of all bedrooms.
Project Summary

The Mayfair apartment required a complete refurbishment and a contemporary design was employed throughout. Good design was essential from major construction works right down to the finest details. A stylish new staircase was installed which spiralled elegantly up from the downstairs entrance hall into the centre of the main apartment room. This large living space was carefully designed to have specific areas for lounging, dining and socialising but all integrated seamlessly to make a comfortable, coherent whole. All of the bedrooms were designed as individually distinct domains with elegance and relaxation uppermost. Stylish yet uncluttered furnishings and reflective surfaces created space and light throughout the apartment and emphasised its lofty location.
